Return and Exchange Policy

  • Our policy lasts for 3 days post-delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please click on the Return/Exchange tab to initiate the refund process.
  •  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  •  Please note that due to hand embroidery, there may be a margin of 1-3 inches in the garment size compared to the size chart and listing details.
  • Damaged and used items are exempt from being returned.

Points to Note:

  • Keep the products ready with the invoice and tags.
  •  Collect a receiving slip from the pickup personnel.
  • Record a short video of the article during handover to avoid any disputes later.
  • During sales, prepaid and COD orders are eligible for replacement only; no exchanges are applicable. If the desired product is not available for replacement during a sale, customers can choose an equivalent product or pay the price difference for a higher-value product.
  • Customers are allowed to initiate Return/Exchange free of charge only once. Subsequent exchanges on the same order incur an additional charge of ₹200, and no returns are applicable.

No Returns During Sale; Exchange Eligible Within 3 Days of Delivery

  • Pick-ups usually take 7-8 days to reach our warehouse. Upon receipt, we will provide store credit or dispatch your order manually.
  • International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items in case of defects, size issues, or damage. Exchange can be done once only, after which shipping charges will apply.

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we do not provide refunds. Instead, we offer exchange or store credit options. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit request. If approved, the process will be initiated promptly.
